This means, the clients will be guaranteed an upstream connection of 128 kbps and downstream connection of 128 kbps (exactly the same).

Response time is crucial for our business. Therefore, the maximum delay of response time is 15 minutes should there exist any problem with the connection. Next, each hour we will report to the client each progress we are making until the issue is settled.

Dyviacom provides Wireless ADSL Router and Firewall to enable those who need internet access thru Notebook and PDA within the office area.

Free Router and Firewall Setting
Dyviacom will help setup, at no cost, the Router and Firewall to protect the clients network.

Should there exist a disturbance on the local access, we already protect our clients by setting up a secondary MX to receive emails temporarily.
